You could heat your breast with a warm towel and massage it before milk sucking, the result will be better. Sit comfortably and relax. When sucking, put a pedal under your feet and lift them up, which helps you maintain a correct posture and avoid pressure at the waist. 3. Aim the center of the mouth of the main device well installed to the nipple. Press it on your breast and hold your breast with another hand so that no air enters. 4. Put the device under tension, and press the button to turn on the machine. It will enter the default massage mode. After 2 minutes of massage, it will automatically enter the milk suction mode. This machine will automatically shut down after 30 minutes of operation. 5. During normal operation, press "+" or "-" to increase or decrease the suction intensity to select from Level 1 to level 9 according to your need. With the automatic memory function, during the next use, the machine will enter the last massage mode and thus the last milk suction mode two minutes later. 6. After sucking the milk, press the button to enter the massage mode to suck the milk com pletely. 7. After all this, press and hold the power button to turn it off and unplug the machine. Note: 1.
