This was recommended on the r/spicy subreddit as an alternative to the Huy Fong brand since many think that has decreased in quality. By comparison, Flying Goose is less hot and as a result you may need more to get to your desired level of spiciness. It's a good flavor and the fruity/nightshade aspect of the of the peppers' flavor is more up front, which I think gives it a fresher taste. As a topping it's good but I wish I had gone for one of the spicier varieties or the extra garlic version. It's perfect for cooking where you can add it for the flavor and then add some dried peppers or extra garlic to fine tune the flavor/spiciness.

Here's what I dislike... It appears that they are not making it right now. Some corporate problems that I have no knowledge of. As for this sauce, I love it! I can only find it in large units. I'm stocking up a bit. This brand is the best in my opinion. It will be a sad day if they stop making it. That'll be a good excuse for a national day of mourning. It's that good! Get it while you still can...

This is garbage sauce. It has a nice garlic smell but taste like straight salt. It's sodium level is more than 10 times any regular Sriracha sauce...or any sauce for that matter. The sodium level is literally higher than salt. Don't consume if you know what is good for your health. No zero star available unfortunately.
