Pro Bio are a fantastic quality
I have been buying Pro-Biotic for many years now for my Gut health. They come in a super slim light reflective pouchs. The probiotics are really small so easy to swallow. The amount that you get makes them incredible value for money. I always love the quality and effectiveness of Pro-Bio and they are my go to brand.

Affordable, But No Noticeable Effect
These probiotics are affordable, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any significant change in my gut health so far. I'm not sure if they’re supposed to have a more immediate effect, but for now, they don't seem to be doing much. While the price is great, I'm not sure if I’ll be repurchasing unless I see some results.

Easy to swallow, low strength
I suffer from IBS and try everything I can to alleviate symptoms. I have tried so-called "gut-health" tablets before. To be honest I don't know if they work (according to the internet the jury is out on the efficacy of pro-biotics).These are relatively low dose compared to a brand I am taking at the moment: these are 1 billion cfu per tablet (two a day is the dose) and the ones I am taking are 30 billion cfu (one tablet daily). Who knows if that matters!Easy to swallow. Worth a try.

Keep in fridge, tiny size easy to swallow for other people with difficulty and my husband doesn't even notice them in his food, cold food, but gets the benefit. Perfect
