Do you remember great customer service? Well this company is the best. Me and my husband are do it yourself kinda of people. We raised our vanity and not knowing enough found the faucet would not fit. My husband went to countless hardware and plumbing stores with no luck. The note in the product info said to contact them, 24/7, so we did. Not only did they get back to us so quickly, they solved our issued, by giving us a part for free. I cannot remember the last time a company was so helpful. Oh and the price is great, and the faucet is everything I wanted, great water flow, works perfect, easy to install and looks great! When we go to update our kitchen, guess where I am purchasing my faucet!

Really great looking and functional faucet. I had a small problem with the length of the faucet handle for my particular application so I reached out to Kohonby and they sent me a new, shorter handle! I am really pleased with this purchase.

It looks and functions perfectly. I would say it's easy to install but The supply lines that attach to the valve are very hard to tighten up. You can use a wrench on the one, but once it's in place there is no way to tighten the other one. I had to sacrifice a pair of needle nose pliers to kind of tighten it up. But with additional low volume aerator and drain assembly. Also bunch of mounting options, it's pretty nice. And if anybody has any ideas on how to tighten those lines up, please let me know.

Looks good and works well. Install is a little difficult as there is little to no room to screw in the supply lines. Made it work and the o-rings on that end help so you don't have to get them super tight.

Easy minimal installation effort. Comes with various size rubber washers. After 2 months of continuous use one of the arms came loose and had to be re-tightened that will likely occur again over time.

The matte black looks similar to oil rubbed bronze. I have great water pressure and this can flow high volume easily and I have to be careful not to turn it all the way up when filling the dog water bowl. It feels pretty solid and similar to my expensive Moen faucets. If you are on a budget and can’t afford the Moen I recommend this as a functional alternative. You will want to add some thread tape to the aerator or it will start leaking water.

Hello pretend it's the top of the line. But I mean if you have an old place and you want it to look less crappy this is definitely a great level up from those $10 plastic handle two knob jobs that we're on my old sinks! The flow is fantastic it looks modern and works well
