Great for at home pt
So far so good. Using to aid the recovery of a broken ankle, fibia & tibia. Works to massage and reduce swelling. Holds up well with being sanitized.

Does it’s purpose
It’s small yet effective in alleviating pain from my hand and feet. I use it once a week or so. Not heavy at all so I can do wrist exercises with no problem. Also is durable and can bounce if you want a bit of fun

Less expensive than lacrosse balls, works just as well
These were cheaper than buying actual lacrosse balls and they work just as well. They are just as hard and great for working out muscle knots, etc.

Very functional for plantar fascia problems
Good and firm, without the hard sharpness of a golf ball when rolling out fascia in the arches of your foot.

Like insurance, you need them only when it’s needed
Like insurance, you need them only when you have it. When that pain inflames like the scene from Forrest Gump carrying Bubba away from the war zone. You will want to relax the piriformis muscle with these. I sometimes get sciatica as well but these are more effective than a standard tennis ball. It can be a little firm for some but no one wants a softie where you are dragging your buttocks across the ground like a dog trying to relieve an itch. Not a bad deal for something so simple and effective. A+

Great Product If Used Properly.
Great Massage Balls. I received these on time. These are great once you understand how to use them to release tension in your muscles.
