Perfect Piggies! (Boynton on Board)

I’ve loved Sandra Boynton books since I was a kid so I knew I had to introduce them to my son. I just added this one to our large collection and he looooves it. The ending is so cute and he’s always singing it and repeating it. There is not a Santa Boynton book I wouldn’t buy.

Perfect Piggies is one of those books that really grows on you the more times you read it. Whether piggies are at at the top of your list of favorite animals or closer to the bottom; reading about noses so round and tails so curly, tummies so pink and ears so floppy, you discover piggies really are perfect, just the way they are. The book starts out with a quick rendition of "The Chattanooga Piggy Piggy Shuffle" and Boynton's email address so you can download a copy done by professionals! Performed by The Snouter Limits! This set included the book, with the download and an adorable plush, pink piggy that bares a striking resemblance to our favorite piggy, Pookie! My granddaughter didn't put her new little plush down for several days. It's very soft and just the right size for a toddler.We are really enjoying reading Perfect Piggies. As usual, the illustrations are what we expect in a book by Sandra Boynton. I highly recommend this book or set to anyone who enjoys Boynton and her barnyard friends. It's right up there with Moo, Baa, La La La and But Not the Hippopotamus! I think you'll enjoy it too.

I have 8 grandchildren and I have read Sandra Boynton books to all of them, over and over, and over. They love them and they are fun to read. Now that 2 of my granddaughters are going to be 13 this year, they have started reading there favorite Sandra Boynton books to their younger cousins...so much fun for my husband & I to watch. Yesterday was Easter and the whole gang was here. When the little ones started getting tired, my husband, Grandpa, got out the Sandra Boynton books and read for over an hour to them. I looked up from the kitchen sink to see one of my granddaughters, (3 year old) acting out each page as he read. PRICELESS, I mean really, PRICELESS!!!! This author knows how to entertain children and does it so authentically...you can never mistake her books for someone else's. Whenever there is a gift giving occasion for a young child, it is always these books that I will buy to give and I always get great feedback from the recipients, after they have a chance to read them to their child/children. I cannot recommend this book or any of the Sandra Boynton books highly enough.

My two year old is a fan. There are professionally recorded songs for many Boynton books. Ask Alexa to play perfect piggies. So fun!

My son asked for this book by picking its picture off the back of another one of her books. Both my 4 yo and 2 yo like seeing the cover of the book inside on one of the pages -I’d say that’s their favorite part. I’m personally not too impressed with the songs/rhymes but they both enjoy when I read it to them and have started to learn what’s coming in the book. Probably good at teaching colors/pattern names as they are referenced in book often. Like the pajama time book a little more.

nice set son loves boynton easy read plenty of fun and great pictures never heard of her till son was born when given book second hand this one is good but not excellent go for dinosaurs and barnyard dance for best of boynton.

Oh how do we love this book in our house, used from 18 months upwards, great illustrations, and robust for toddlers. Story is designed to be sung, and eventually we found our 'tune' to sing along to. Firm favorite in our house.

A mi bebé le encantó, tanto el libro como el peluche del cerdito que aparece en los libros de esta autora. El cuento es fantástico y hace reír mucho al bebé y el peluche es de tamaño pequeño. El pedido llegó 2 días antes de lo previsto y en perfecto estado. Por su presentación también puede ser una buena opción como regalo.

Every Sandra Boynton book we have bought the kids love my 5 year old God song can read snuggle puppy by himself and together with me. Love it!
