Good value I thought I would try these feel dehydrated quite a lot these work perfectly

I use these because I'm menopausal and sometimes I get very dry even though I drink alot of water. I also run so I also drink this after running. It's great to have a big batch. It tastes lemony and it's easy to dissolve.

Recommend by my friend who's a chef in a busy restaurant. Definitely helps if you feel dehydrated or had a few drinks. Usually take two tablets before bed and two in the morning to avoid hangover.
