These MGANG® Compression Pantyhose seem to be much higher compression than stated, though I don't know how to test that theory. By looking at the measurement chart, all of my measurements fit into the size L column.I did as recommended, and actually chose the XXL. They are still so tight, that I have quite a hard time getting them on. Lately I have been suffering with arthritis in my fingers and thumbs, which makes it almost impossible to pull these on especially over my feet and ankles. I can imagine others having the same problem. Even though I did go up two sizes, I wish they had had the XXXL, as I would have chosen those for even milder compression.  I found it a little difficult to figure out where to measure my thigh. The photo depicts midway between the knee and buttocks, whereas it actually states to measure right underneath the buttocks. I chose the latter measurement.Once on, they are very tight, but they feel good. They are extremely well-made, all of the stitching around the waistband, middle, and gusset is very secure and nicely done, and on me, for the most part, they are opaque. Because I'm very short, there is a bit of bunching around the knee and ankle area, but I try to pull it up as far as I can, so that the bunching is at my upper thigh. I can actually wear these with a tunic or long top, as they look much like opaque tights.  Overall, I really like these compression stockings. Though I wish there were larger sizes and that my arthritis didn't make them hard to put on, I am still glad to have them. They keep the swelling down in my lower legs, ankles, and feet, which makes me much more comfortable during the day and after taking them off. I would recommend them.

Estas medias de compresión le han resultado muy útiles a mi madre. Antes a ella le dolían mucho las piernas por estar tantas horas parada en el trabajo. Pero con estas medias de compresión, la cual le llegan hasta la cintura: ha mejorado muchísimo. Las recomiendo.

Son levemente ajustadas, perfectas, me permite tener una buena circulación de sangre en mis piernas. Soy de piernas largas y L me quedó correctamente.
