Recommended to get one of these by a Friend who had a Shoulder ache for years and found that wearing a BiFlow solved the problem.I have to say that it appears to not have any beneficial effect on me. I was convinced that it would, and couldn't wait to put it on. My Shoulder and neck pain is as bad as ever. It does look rather nice if one likes to wear a bracelet. I don't like the open ended style as it can now and then get caught in Clothing or Laces etc. I still wear it and do not take it off. Perhaps I'm waiting for a delayed action. Hope springs eternal.

This bracelet is extra small and wouldn't go onto my daughters wrist at all.

The size description ish not 100% correct n the inability to return for a swap is a big disadvatage. Bought item as a gift.
