Great cameras. Nice system. Easy install.
We love these cameras. The battery power makes for a “no wire” installation that is great for the back yard and the street out front, where we cannot run power.Get the (aftermarket) solar power kits, because that is a game-changer. No need to charge them after that. Otherwise, they last different amounts based on usage. For instance, the backyard ones last 3 weeks, but the front street only 5 days before needing a charge. But the solar kit (not Google, sold separately) fixes all that.We have a few other Nest cameras from years past, and it’s great to be able to just Ad-hoc put more in. You just screw the magnetic mount somewhere and add them to your app/account and they just work. 15 mins install. They’re great.

Easily installed and durable
The Next Cam surveillance camera I bought was the third of two others, which encouraged me to buy it. I installed this over my driveway, which gives me a wide-enough view, about 160 degrees, so I could see my mailbox across my driveway to the entrance of my porch. Installation was quick and easy. Setting up the camera was also a cinch as I could see, in real time, my view on my smartphone as I adjusted its aim. While these cameras can be powered from an outlet, its internal battery can power it for several days up to a month. I get a color display during the day when the light is bright. At night, I see a black and white image but still sharp enough to make out detail. They function full-time and give me peace of mind when I can determine it's only raccoons and not an intruder in my backyard. I've had to recharge the camera twice. The charging cable fits the charging port magnetically so I know the charging cable connector is fitted properly. The three cameras I have mounted outside are exposed to the weather but have held up without a hitch. Obviously, they are nicely weather-sealed.

great picture & audio
the alerts are 5-6 second delay. that is the only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5.other than that I would recommend them. the picture is good, the audio is outstanding. I talk to my husband all the time on them.

Not as good as the original Nest cameras.
Have 1st gen Neat camera and they’re great. The new Google Neat battery powered cams? Don’t love them.Doesn’t integrate with the original Nest app, which seems to have better resolution. The Google app seems to take twice the amount of time to load the cameras. I purchased the 2 camera deal, but if you want to hardwire them, you’ll need to buy 1 extra cord. Only 1 is included for the two cameras. I won’t recommend them.

Best Cameras for Outdoors
Camera quality is great! Easy to use and setup. Battery life is great but I also bought the outdoor chargers on Amazon to go with! Lady’s about a week. Easy to connect to wifi with no issues! Even during a storm. Love

Not for US
The cam packages are all in Spanish. It will only connect with Google Home app. It will not connect with Google Nest. So if you are using Nest with other devices, you will have to use 2 apps. I have 2 cam on Nest, which I can view histories and live views. This cam will not connect to Nest. You will have to connect them with Home app. You will see histories and notifications on Home app with these cam. The Home app will also show my other cam but only in live mode. Confused, yeah I know. I suspect the cam are meant for other countries not US.
