The phone is amazing! Came sealed In the original Samsung box with all accessories included (minus the plug because no phones have them anymore!) I will admit I was dubious because the price is so good (£300 cheaper than carphone warehouse)I was worried it was going to be refurbished. I'm glad I took the risk as it paid off phone is brand new! Phone is easy to use and the screen is vibrant (I know people have complained about the screen damage on flip phones but it really is down to how you treat it!) The external screen is GREAT you don't even need to open the phone to message, browse Spotify, email, maps, Facebook, Netflix the list goes on! Battery is good enough- all depends on your settings, brightness, Vibrate, what's running etc. There are a couple of reviews which slate the company (only branded.com) selling the phone through amazon. People have said that the company is a scam and they don't receive the phone and there is something else in the box....people that's AMAZON Not the seller it's happened to me before with other items! Luckily when delivered they ask for a 1 time pin. Overall I'm really pleased this is the phone I chose to get to change from iPhone to android. I moved away from an iPhone 15 pro max. Yes the camera isn't as good MP wise but the quality when you print is just the same (it really doesn't matter MP wise unless you're planning on printing MASSIVE pictures). Overall this phone and seller tick all the boxes!!

I personally like it, some don't. The phone is typically Samsung quality, the fear was how robust is the flip mechanism. After two months of usage, it proves to be quite robust.

I brought this phone cause I wanted something which was small in my pocket and this phone does exactly that. Battery on it is not great but thats me coming from having used the Samsung S23 Ultra which lasts a whole day. Dont get me wrong i would get a whole day out of this phone depending on how much i use it but in terms of what i wanted it for it meets its purpose.

The phone itself was good but after 18 months I had an issue with the screen and failing pixels on the fold. I went through Samsung's repair process, however when the phone was being assessed for the repair I was told that the screen was out of warranty. I challenged this as it should have been in warrenty as it wa under 2 years old. I was then infored that it was a far eastern product with only a 12 month warrenty. This came as a surprise as I this was not sold as a international purchase and the company Tech Xpress had a uk address. So just a warning to others if you purchased from Texh Xpress you will only get a 12 month warrenty.

This phone was supposed to arrive on Tuesday but received a letter about the company using royal mail on the Sunday and after receiving the letter it said on my orders that the phone had been delivered which it hadn't. I was very worried and checked blue fish reviews on my trust pilot, they were terrible. I was horrified, I really thought I wasn't getting the phone and had been scammed but this was not the case. The phone was delivered on the Monday and working good. Only had phone one day but am really happy with my purchase so far.

Ich wollte dieses Klapphandy unbedingt haben, weil es viel besser in meine kleinen Handtaschen passt. Auch kann ich es sehr gut in der Vordertasche meiner Jeans stecken. Das ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, weil es natürlich geklappt dicker ist, aber für mich ist es perfekt so. Auch finde ich es praktisch, dass z.B. bei einem eingehenden Telefonat ein Aufklappen nicht notwendig ist. Dieses zusätzliche Display auf der Vorderseite macht einiges für mich komfortabler.
