Very easy to connect

I was worried at first because this thing feels very cheap and flimsy. It looks nice thought. It is small and I am able to hide it under the greenery. It has a blue light that blinks every few seconds. So far it’s working great. We have had it for about two months. At first, we had it in a different location and it wasn’t reaching all the way to the front and back door locks but now once we got it in the right spot it is functioning properly. We haven’t had any problems with connectivity now that it’s in the right location. So you may have to move it around to find the perfect range. It is really helpful to be able to lock my front and back door with my phone. I like being able to have that reassurance when I’m laying in bed and can’t remember if the door was locked or not.

This gateway was easy to program, but the range is very limited. I might have to add a second one to cover all of my door locks.

It was easy to install the gateway and to integrate the lock and Alexa. No problems if the power goes out, just plug back in.

This was easy to set up, once you found in the app in the lock where to connect the lock to this device. It is not apparent in the tiny instructions you get, because it works with several lock styles and the apps seem to be different.
