I bought these for a gift and treated myself too. They are so lovely and you can do them alone or with friends and family to encourage mindfulness. It’s a 31 day challenge if you choose but I will use them longer and make them part of my day. Get a journal to write in and take the time to have a quiet moment to think and reflect. You will surprise yourself and they cannot fail but influence you in the most positive way. The illustrations are beautiful too, a great gift. I love these x

I received this yesterday so haven't completed all the cards yet however, I wanted to comment on the overall experience. The package arrived quickly and was contained in an outer envelope that protected it well and hid it's contents from others (important to me as I get fed up of things arriving in clear wrap when they are surprise gifts for others in the household). The box itself is of such high quality, likewise the cards with the stunning artwork. I still can't quite believe I only paid £6.99. If you are hesitating I would say definitely go for it. I don't think you will be disappointed. Such a lovely gift to give yourself or a loved one/friend.
