The bag is amazing and water resistant. I've been using it for a few weeks. The feature I like most about it is the charging port, which works with both types of charging cables. I love the material used inside for the laptop compartment. It's super soft and sturdy, definitely worth it.

Just received it today, it’s a good bag with a lot of space. Feels very luxurious and has a good design. I question the value for money of the bag since the USB ports both don’t work at all. I have sent a message and contacted the company awaiting a response.UPDATE: Customer service is great, they sent a replacement for the connections and it all works now. Love it and I recommend getting this bag.

It's a great bag and with alot of capacity. I would of preferred slightly smaller size, but needed an expanded bag for business travel too. Overall, very satisfied.I have 2 points for improvements, 1. The top carry handle would be better if it was cushioned. 2. The bag fabric is water repellent, material needs to be better so items within are protected from rain water.

Update....Having spoken with the company, who provided excellent customer service, the USB issue is now resolved. The after care can not be faulted.The bag seems well put together with decent stitching and strong Zips. I wasn't sure if I would use the built in charging point but now I know I won't as the USB C conection does not send power to any device. The USB A connector does work, but who uses A anymore.

Bought it for my child for school - looks great quality and waterproof! Fits all of the school books, pe kitlunch box too
