Works well until our dry weather makes it snap

After neck surgery, these were recommended by my PT to continue my exercises at home. I really enjoy working with them (which makes it easier to do the exercises), and they have a multitude of uses for all sorts of muscles. Well worth it.

This is the same band given to me by my therapist. It's a little too much resistance to start off with. Go the the green or red if you're just starting out. It's amazing just how strong this band is. Would recommend this brand. My hospital uses same brand.

This is a blue therapy band, and it’s very stretchy. Not as stretchy as red and yellow, not as stretchy as green, but more stretchy than the black and gold bands you can use to do strengthening exercises. It will make you stronger than using green blue or yellow bands, but not as strong as using black or gold bands.

I had another blue band from nationwide childrens that was stronger than this. but good enough for now

works well, but the red (lower resistance) feels about the same.
