Battery problem
I was quite happy with this until the battery ran out. Apparently a special tool is required to do this and I’ve had to find a jeweller 15 miles away to change it. Also it’s not easy to change the time

beautiful watch but very small strap.
because of very small strap got in touch with swarovski to ask for more links as even with the extra ones you get with the watch it still was not big enough. they sent an email back straight away to say they would be in touch soon but two weeks on not heard a thing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SWAROVSKI. sadly had to return watch.
