The seller completely redeemed themselves and their product. The first batch of these I had were real lemons. The majority of the containers wouldn't shut or stay shut and when looking at reviews I saw they might just need to be broken in a bit before they started closing without issue. I left a review for the product showing my disappointment in purchasing a product that I couldn't trust to reliably hold food. I missed the return period as I had faith that one day the containers would just magically start working, and I could use elastic bands to hold them shut for the interim. The seller reached out to me even though 2 months had passed since I bought the product and offered to replace the containers. The new containers are everything I hoped the first ones to be! They all came sealed and successfully clasped shut, and they continue to clasp shut effortlessly. This set is hands down the best resealable glass containers I've ever had. I'm not sure what the issue was with the first batch, perhaps poor quality control, but this new batch is absolutely mint. I've got a lot of respect for a seller that stands behind their product, and I'd recommend these containers over the others just knowing that they've got fantastic customer service and they believe in their product and will resolve any issues. I really didn't expect the 2nd batch to be so perfect when the first never could work. I'm very pleased.

Really pleased with these, I previously had the same style but all plastic and I don't like the idea of food kept directly next to the plastic (even if it is bpa free) so I really liked the idea of buying these glass ones. Pleased with the quick delivery which was well packed. I can't comment on the longevity of the lids but so far am really pleased.

Was excited to try these glass containers, expecting them to do everything but sadly you can't microwave the kids meaning they're less helpful for lunches, one chipped really quickly and another cracked in the freezer. Great sizes though, just not quite what we'd hoped for.

Absolute waste of money. The insulating part keeps falling out of the lid and is so hard to put back. Only buy this if you have a LOT of patience to be putting it back every time you open your container.

Very nice containers. I never had problem with that. But I think the clue is to not flex wings from the lid too far to not brake it. If you will be careful it will remain like new for uncountable amount of time.

They may not be Pyrex but the quality is GOOD. The price is right...go for it.

Have been using them for quite a while now - no leaks, have used them to store food in the fridge, warm up food in the oven, bring food to work - no complaints at all. Would purchase again if I had the space to store them
