Good for the price. I also have the Bose Soundsport. The quality of materials is better than these, and the sound a little richer for my taste. The size of these is better than the Soundsport and the fit equally as comfortable. At a quarter of the price of the Bose, these are good value and work.

Item was great if a bit sensitive when you touch it and stops the music. However after only 2 months the left earbud stopped working. So it was expensive just for such a short life.

I had to return these principally because the battery lasted only 20 minutes. This may have been faulty in which case it bypassed standards control ( if it exists).The case itself is incredibly difficult to open if, like me, you have short fingernails. Once opened, however, the left and right earbuds are confusingly the wrong way round in their beds. Despite company claims, I noticed no noise cancellation properties whatsoever. Outside sounds could still be heard, the result being an annoying mixture of headache-inducing noise.Drop-outs were also frequent despite observing instructions to keep my mobile in a particular pocket to mitigate interference. Go figure!The instruction leaflet itself was paltry and inadequate.The whole experience reminds me of one of those cheap toys you get in a Christmas cracker which may or may not work and has a finite working life if it does.Fortunately, I have bought the Jabra Elite 65T earbuds while although more expensive work like a dream. In this regard, the maxim 'you get what you pay for' is so very apt.Siroflo asked me to explain my reasons for returning their product and I have done so.

After reading other reviews I decided to give them ago not disappointed I’m using an iPhone 7 and with my phone they are really loud I’m very happy no problems easy to set up

Earphones worked once when i received them. But once they needed charging i quickly realised that the charge light would not stay on, so they did not charge. I contacted the seller to inquire about the refund, as the product says you have a warranty on the item. The seller has never got back to me.The earphones are very finicky when trying to charge them as the magnetic charge slots are ineffective and the instructions are not clear on whether or not the red light needs to stay on to indicate charging, i quickly realised this was the case and the red light on my earbuds did not stay on so they did not charge. Most importantly the seller has been of no help whatsoever remaining silent throughout. It is a shame as the earbuds at first use/glance are a good product, good quality sound and noise cancellation, comfortable and a cool concept. But ultimately poor customer service from the seller and a faulty product,

Few issues:Only one earphone ever workedThey fell out constantly no matter what I tried, I really wanted these to work! Just sitting on the bus they fell out, exercise was hopeless.They were just the wrong shape and my ear got really sore after half hour or so.I had to wedge tissue paper over them in the charging case then put an elastic band over the case to push them close enough to the charging contacts for them to charge successfully. Otherwise I had to sit there and hold them in place myself or they didn’t charge.Sigh.Sadly I can’t even see how to return them.

Really good product, nice sound, only negative, I've had them 2 months and one of the earphones has stopped working

One ear piece is dead out of the box and now wasting time returning it
