I tried these as a last ditch effort to help with debilitating migraines I've had for several years, along with other supplements and diet changes. These are really great because they are in a capsule form, not the horse pills other companies are selling. The dosage is perfect as well! Instead of taking 2 huge pills, I take 1 capsule. Came quickly, will buy again!
