My cat would constantly jump up as soon as we turned the tap on making the surfaces dirty which was a pain.It comes with a few filters and you can buy extras at the time of purchase. It’s super easy to set up as shown in the video. It’s got a good sized water tank so it’s great for multi cat households. It’s metal so it seems much more sturdy than the plastic fountains and it’s really easy to clean. We have the fountain running all the time and haven’t noticed any difference in our electricity usage on our smart meter so it’s really cost effective to run.Iv found a pack of 32 filters- 16 carbon filters and 16 foam filters for £12.99, you change the foam filter every 2 months and the carbon every 4 weeks so if we calculate for every 4 weeks then it’s £0.81 each time you change.

I bought the Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain hoping to encourage my cat to drink more water — and it worked! She was never a big fan of still water bowls, but she’s been using this fountain daily since I set it up.The stainless steel design looks sleek and is super easy to clean, which I really appreciate. It’s also much more hygienic than plastic. The water flow is gentle and quiet, which doesn’t scare my cat at all — in fact, I barely notice it's running.Setup was quick, and it holds a good amount of water, so I’m not constantly refilling it. Definitely a great buy if you want to keep your pet hydrated and healthy.Highly recommended!

Do not purchase DANGEROUS TO PETSReviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 July 2024This is the worst fountain I have had to date. It's hard to clean. Black mould appeared quickly. I stripped it down and did my best to get rid of it.4 months later it's completely stopped working.Many fountains have the option of buying a replacement pump. This one does not.Total waste of money and dangerous that mould appears in places that are hard to clean.

bought this last year, actually for my dogs. they like it. But now the pump has failed, and on the side of the bowl there is a sticker that says Pump Warranty for 2 years. If the pump stop working, contact us to get a free pump, it's only been one year. I contacted them, have not heard a thing and it's been over a month.

Cats love it, really quiet, easily cleaned 10/10 from me

Big for two cats. Quiet with the nozzle installed. Without it, you can hear the water as little white nose. It's still quiet overall. I think get the one with the glass to show the water level for added convenience. I got the plain tin. Still works but I have to check more often. Very good metal product for cats. I have three.

Item is good but the offer of warranty on the pump is a scam, sadly.This was my second purchase due to having multiple cats, and the pump on the first one broke just after I bought the second.Tried contacting the email provided for replacement with no response.Then the pump on the second fountain went too- and had only had that one for around 4 months (other one lasted 1 year).Emailed again and still no response, so had to purchase a replacement pump myself.It’s a shame as the overall design is great and all my rescues love it, but the pumps don’t last, even with regular cleaning/maintenance and the company clearly just lies about the warranty to suck buyers in.Be prepared for the extra expense to replace the pumps yourself regularly.

Great purchase, my cats love it! Works well, it's very quiet. I find it starts to become a little noisy when it's getting low on water. Easy to clean. Holds a nice bit of water.
