If you own a VOLVO, do not look elswhere, BEST Engine Oil for VOLVO Cars.
I have 3 Volvo cars, XC90 2009, XC70 2002, and V50 2010. This is the best oil by far by comparing to others. I have tried many brands over the years. I end coming back to this brand and this specific one for my XC90 Castrol EDGE 0W-30 A5/B5 Engine Oil 4L. I can tell you that I have over 400.000 km on my XC90 and I have never had issues, with engine failure or, any oil burn or any kind of engine issues. I live on 4 season climate so regardless of winter/summer season using the same oil. Excellent choice, juts keep changing it do nor neglect it.

It is the perfect oil for the car
I got a bit worried when the bottle arrived because of the huge label stating "Volvo oil" and I have a Mini, so didn't think it would be the right fuel. I got a bit more concerned as I could not see MINI on their listing of cars. A trip down to Halfords and its cleared up for me; It is the perfect oil for the car. MINI recommends Castrol and 0W-30 is the oil for them. The oil is in my car, and it is no longer sounding throaty.

Great price
My local garage sells this for £20/litre so can't complain at all at the price. This is the recommended oil for my car and what my main dealer puts in so it's just for me to top it up now and again - I usually use about a litre and a half between services so this should last me a couple of years. As an oil I have no complaints - my car is a type R and I routinely rev it up past 8000 rpm (what you might call thrashing the nuts off it - it would be rude and wrong not to), I've had it 5 years and it still works. Everybody has a preference for this sort of thing but this works for me.

Recommended by my servicing engineer.
Bought this small one litre bottle to keep in my car for emergency top-ups. I have the larger 5L size in my garage. This is the same oil as my car dealership uses when servicing my vehicle and is recommended by them and the manufacturer, so it seemed a no-brainer for me to use the same.
