Blaupunkt 43-137O Full HD 1080p LED 43" TV Freeview HD USB Media Player HDMI x 3

This TV seems good at first but it's been no end of trouble. It wouldn't always access the internet and if it did, that was only after a considerable length of time. Also it kept going into standby when watching internet content - when it was loading pages or media etc. Was sent a software upgrade via a USB stick but the TV wouldn't access the software. Had to send it off for repair. They replaced the main board, updated the software and returned the TV.Great, the internet issue had been resolved.However, the TV then started to reboot itself with no warning whilst viewing TV programmes or DVDs etc. Sometimes it would reboot again and again and the only way to stop it would be to depower it completely and then power it back up again. Also it sometimes doesn't detect an external device connected to the HDMI inputs (doesn't matter which input, it happens on both) and the only way to get it to detect the device is to depower and repower.Again, reported this under the guarantee and was sent another software upgrade via USB stick. Same problem with not accessing the software on the USB stick, so again had to return it for repair. Another change of main board and another software update and the TV was returned to me.Unfortunately it still has the same problems - rebooting itself, not detecting and external device and also not accessing the software on a USB stick.Repair company then suggested I contact the seller because there is nothing more they can do. I emailed the seller (SUPERMARKET BRAND TVS) some weeks ago but they haven't had the decency to respond. Amazon's system won't allow me to request a return or refund because I've had the TV for too long. I should never have gone through the guarantee for repair, should have just requested a return as soon as the TV started playing up. I'll know better next time.

I spent ages looking at TVs specifically looking for one with a VGA input, the description says it's there, but when it arrived NO VGA!

A really great TV ideally suited to my requirements. Really easy to set up and use. External devices very easy to set up and use.

For the price I was amazed at how much clearer the picture was compared to my previous telly, its not a smart television but I have a fire stick so it's even better. 10 out of 10

This is the second time I have dealt with this supplier and am still very pleased with them, their product and delivery. An excellent tv at a very good price.

Glitch already and I’ve had it 4 days :-/
