You have to put the cuff on your arm. Once that is done, press a button and it tightens up, sometimes a little tighter than necessary, Works very good.and it does it all from there. Please remove the cuff once you have obtained your BP.works very great !A few tips for getting accurate readings from this monitor:- Keep your arm as still as possible while the monitor is taking a reading -- movement can cause erroneous readings- Rest your arm on a horizontal surface- Make sure the tube coming from the cuff runs down the center of your arm (the inside of your elbow) because that is where the "bladder" of the cuff is. If this part of the cuff gets rotated around to the back of your arm, you won't get good readings.- Don't let the cuff slip down your arm; you don't want it over your elbow. Not only could this affect your readings, but repeated measurements with the cuff over your elbow could cause injury to your ulnar nerve.you can received one blood pressure,manual ,USB cable,one cuff and a black box,As the picture shows.that box great,easy to store my BP monitor,good ideal.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was a big waste of money. Nothing but E-3 errors and doesn't even attempt to fully inflate, with the occasional over inflating of up to 250psi.

I tried it about twenty or thirty times over the course of several days and I only got two actual readings. All the rest were the error code "E-3". I naturally assumed this was me doing something wrong but when I took it to my doctor's office, they couldn't get a reading out of it either. I bought another monitor from Walgreens and it worked immediately out of the box.

At first, I thought it was just me. But then I had the blood pressure taken at my doctor’s Office and at the same time, I pulled out my Kumeda. The blood pressure was 50 points higher with this cuff!! Horrible. Worthless!

It works with batteries but works better in a electrical outlet with the power cord provided. You can monitor your stats and it will keep a record for two persons. Its a little finicky in that it prefers you be in a relaxed position and below the monitor but the one at my gym is a recognized-name brand and it has the same quirks. I just didn't pay double the price for it. Also, I tried it on my grandson, 6'5" college defensive football player, and while it fit around his arm and it would inflate but error out with the batteries but worked with the power most of the time when he relaxed and he was below the unit. It's not perfect but I'm satisfied. And it's a great buy that I was figuring on paying a whole lot more for.

Works extremely well. Good quality and perfect size for on the go. Getting cuff on yourself is not always easy but that's not too much of a problem.Update 9/12/2018After 3 months of brief usage the machine is constantly showing error messages and hardly works. It has become more of a pain than it needs to be.Wouldn't recommend.

We just received the unit yesterday and it does not work, it displays an "E3" code on every use. We will return the unit today..

I had high blood pressure and need a monitor everyday. I had a blood pressure monitor before, but it never got the right measurements. My friend suggested me to try this one. I tested the accuracy is the same as the big ones at HEB. I will definatly recommend it to other friends.
