Iām sure all universal controllers require some patience locating the wires to hook up. But once I got through that it was easy and it worked the trailer brakes smoothly. I would recommend this one š

Works well, great instructions
Adaptable for light trailers to ones heavier than the pulling vehicle. Instructions how to set up are clear. I bought the optional interface, which plugs into the distribution box and then to the controller, which was far easier than the last unit. Seems more professional, and worth the few extra dollars.

Works great!
Works great on my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SL. Price is fantastic, quality is as expected. Plug and play, took 5 minutes to install (my vehicle has the tow package pre wired). Tester with my N&N trailer, works perfectly.
