Everything went great when ordering form this seller but I'm beginning to think the overall quality of Smooth Away pads has gone down a bit since I first began using this product 2 years ago. Has the retailer been replacing the pads with a cheaper, knock off brand or is the manufacturer cutting corners thinking no one will notice? Don't get me wrong, the pads still work well and I've heard many other customers complain that the pads were too rough and irritate skin, so for many, I suspect, the gentler pad is a welcome relief. I've just noticed that these pads wear down after just one use whereas my previous orders contained pads I could exfoliate with for days. Still a WONDERFUL product and I still highly recommend Smooth Away!! These pads not only remove hair completely, but they leave your skin sooo soft and blackhead free!!! Just don't rub too hard or use them right after showering or sweating, this is when they they can cause redness or slight burning. Gentle, circular motions on clean, dry skin works best. Overall AMAZING PRODUCT!!

I was really excited to try this product because Nair and any product like that irritate my skin. First, the product works pretty much as described, however it left me kind of itchy. Second, it took a long time. I tried it on a small area of my bikini line and it took about ten minutes for a three inch area. The hair has to be super short when it it course hair, fine hair seems to work on any length. Overall the product worked as expected.

So I bought this for a friend who seen the the ad for it on TV one day was was super excited to try it out. So sadly I have no idea if it workout to my friends liking as I'm certain it won't come up in conversation really, and I would feel weird asking. But base off of her reaction in getting it, she was somewhat satisfied by getting as a birthday gift, even though part of me still feels like I insult her by getting even though she clearly said she wanted it. So this was a gift I wasn't too sure about.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I searched all the listings to try to find the authentic smooth away. Some listings I could tell were knock offs. This listing looked genuine, but beware that it is not! I tried one pad very lightly on my face, only for a few seconds, and immediately my skin was irritated.The picture shows the pads with the 3M backing, which was my deciding factor in purchasing. What I actually received was not what was pictured. No green case, no 3M pads.... I received what was clearly a different brand, as the name was printed on the case and the pad had nothing printed on them.Also pictured are the authentic smooth away box and instructions. My box was clearly a fake box with awful printing quality and there were no instructions to indicate that this was the real smooth away.I called 3M, and they said they no longer make the pads for Smooth Away. That means anything being sold these days is guaranteed to be a knock off.In fact, after my exhausting search and this let down, I don't think Smooth Away exists anymore.

I remember first using smooth away in 2010 the only problem is it's not sold in stores where I now live.So I'm happy I finally found it on Amazon and got three packs for this low price. Works great and it's pain free. The only issue I had is one of the boxes was open, one was dirty and the other was ripped.The shipment was fast thought that's why I have it a four.

It provides ease of use, no mess and easy storage. It's hard to ask for more unless they provided actual product refills instead of after-market which don't work and are rough on the skin. It's cumbersome to have the additional packaging as well as a waste, but it this is the only and cheapest way to get them, then I'll do it for the comfort and ease of use.

work so well and make your skin smooth too :) i have bought these 2 times now so thought id review them. so great for summer if your wearing shorts and realize you forgot to shave, in about 5 minuts i get both thighs done. or sometimes ill use them daily for awile. dont put scented lotion on after though, i got a rash from that, user error. they also come in fast, within a week both both times

Saw these and thought I would try it since I dislike shaving so often. These actually work and they do NOT hurt. I'm very fair and the hair is very fine and this may contribute to the Smooth Away being successful. Just follow instructions to the 'T' and it's great. May not work as well for darker, coarser hair, but for me it works fine.
