Head came off day 1
The baby itself looked like the pictures and videos provided. The baby head did come off one day after getting. The head is held on with a zip tie.

Poorly made item
These dolls are very poorly made. In 2024, my friend ordered the doll for my daughter and in 3 months - the head popped off and would not go back on. My daughter kept asking for a new one so in early August of 2025 (for her late September birthday past the 30 day return window) I purchased a new one thinking there was no way this would happen again. Unfortunately, after only 2 days - the head on the new doll came off and now I am unable to return the item.

Adorable Doll
