I'm not happy with the quality of this chair
I've had this chair about a month and already the pneumatic lift is having issues. I'm nowhere near the limit on weight so perhaps it's just a faulty mechanism. Other than that, it's a pretty nice chair. It looks good and it fairly comfortable.I do have an issue with the listed height and the actual height. I just measured the seat to the floor at both it's highest and lowest positions. It goes from 16 to 20 inches. The product description claims 19 to 23 inches. One other point, that may be an issue for some, is that the arm rests are a bit low and there is no way to adjust them. At the natural bend in my arm there is a good two inches of space between my arms and the arm rest. At 5'9, this is not a problem I'm accustomed to having.Edited to add:The company reached out to me and gave me a partial refund so I could purchase a replacement pneumatic device. It's been less than two months and now the stitching is coming apart....

Less than 2 years later.....
Less than 2 years later, this chair is in the process of being replaced with a durable chair. I cannot get the arm rests to tighten, there is absolutely no lumbar support built into this chair, but until recently, I have made due with some add on support also purchased through Amazon, and the lift piston leaks down (and I only weigh 200 lbs. nowhere close to the stated max weight) and the recline lock will not stay in place. I have put up with these things basically because it is in my nature to work around difficulties, but, the chair wins. It goes to the trash heap and I go buy another chair that I can at least test drive before I shell out any more of my money.BTW Amazon, when I purchased this piece of junk, you had it listed as an "Amazons Best" item. Nuff said.

Uncomfortable and not actually meant for larger people
The description for this chair says that it supports up to 360lbs, but I've only had it since February and the hydraulic lift gave out a while ago. Sometimes it'll just flat out sink the moment I sit down, sometimes it'll do it slowly, but it never actually manages to stay at the height I want. While I am a larger human, I am not actually near the supposed 360lb weight limit. Additionally, the arms are not really meant for someone who has larger thighs. They kind of compress me in.Other issues include how uncomfortable the seat is. I bought this chair because I'm on a tight budget and I had been using a $15 metal folding chair, but it honestly isn't much more comfortable than that. The only reason I haven't gone back to the folding chair is that I really need a chair on casters to fully utilize my home office space. I really regret purchasing this chair, and wish I had spent the extra money on something that wasn't such a waste of my limited resources.

Arm support cracked in less than 60 days
This chair is rated up to 360 lbs. It's construction is the same as all the 250 lbs. It's been ok for a month but I feel the chair seat is no stronger than the 250 lb models. It tends to lean left which means a weak pedestal base and eventual failure. Makes a lot of noise. due to "leather" on leather contact between the seat and back. I dare the seller to dispute these facts.Left arm support cracked within 60 days. Chair is no longer functional.

Quality Product For its Worth
This is a nice executive chair, the leather feels really soft and high quality. I especially love the thick padding on the seat and headrest area which makes it very comfortable to sit in. There is also a tilt function where the chair can be tilt to at most 120 degree and this is a great bonus for me because I often find myself trying to lay down while on the chair and this function allows me to do that. I have been using this chair for a week now and there's no problem so far although I do find it more comfortable if I added a lumbar support pillow.

Not very happy with this chair
Not very happy with this chair. I suppose I had higher expectations. It simply is not very comfortable after sitting for a length of time.

It's a great chair
It's a lot better than my old chair, this chair is incredible. It is extremely comfortable considering I work 8hours a day at my computer. The quality is great. Its a good size chair to. Not too big and not too small. The cushions are really comfortable.

Very comfortable!
I love this chair. It was easy to assemble, is very comfortable, and has good back support. My biggest problem is my tendency to fall asleep while sitting in it LOL.
