I am a female about a 120 pounds. I bought the small for Halloween. I went as deadpole. I used this underneath too. Help cover my female features. So that I would look more like a man. The foot was okay. However, for the shirt for a female to use, it does need some type of padding in the waist. Area, because it's not a straight. Square figure looking shirt and there are no ab. Muscles that uh, look on the shirt that showed through anything. It would be nice if there was the abs, and it would have been nice if there was some padding in the side area or something that could be added. I could not find any other products out there because like I said since I am a female. I have an hourglass figure.A square figure would have been better for the muscle pad
