Love these mugs, and have got two. I've used loads of mugs on here and if you are looking for a mug that keeps your drink hot this is the one. I'd say it keeps it hot for at least 3 to 4 hours. Draws backs are the button is a little noisy, could be an issue at night if your partner is asleep. The taste is a little flasky when you first start using it from new but this passes and the drink can be piping hot if you drink immediately... (obvious really if you just made it) When sipping you need to get into a routine so it does not dribble, a bit of practice soon sorts that out. All in all I would highly recommend these mugs and may even purchase a 3rd at some point. 5 stars all the way!!

Keeps drinks very hot indeed in fact for the purpose of a travel mug the drink stays too hot to drink until after you have almost finished your working day! Gets very stinky if not washed immediately Nice sturdy design and leak proof.

Keeps drinks hot for a long time but it is difficult to clean inside the bottom due to its narrow diameter

This was of much higher quality than I expected with a nice feeling matt surface and it kept my tea hot for the promised 6 hours. For the price I can definitely recommend the flask as I've purchased others in the past at the same price that have been much inferior. A very nice product.

Used for a week keeping the water hot was good at first but then started to not be as good, the top filled up with water and could not get any of the water out had to blow into it to remove the water not Happy going to return it

Good quality and as described is leak proof and keeps drink warm for at least 4 hours.

It's great but arrived with a few scratches. We didn't send it back because the recipient said it was bound to get scratched by her at some point anyway....
