This will definitely fit in your glove compartment if it's fairly empty. This is a pretty good emergency kit to keep in your car. I think everyone should be prepared for at least a minor emergency and this kit is a great example of a well prepared kit. The bag itself is constructed of durable nylon and vinyl that should hold up for many years. This is the kind of kit I would expect to find in a police car or perhaps a emergency trailer on a job site. It's stocked pretty well with everything you may need in a minor emergency situation.The content that's provided is pretty comprehensive. You have some gauze, some alcohol swab, bandages, tweezers, scissor, etc. I've gotten first aid kits from pharmacies and stores, and they're not nearly as well stocked as this one was.The trauma shears, however, were not that great. But I don't think the general public would be using trauma shears, and these are mainly used for cutting gauze and stuff like that. If you're looking for a travel first aid kit, or even one to keep in the house, I would highly recommend this one."
