Conklin Duragraph Special Edition Fountain Pen Royal - B

Purchase this for my BF who is a fountain pen guy. I have to say the quality is excellent. It's heavy, nice leather, comes packaged beautifully and truly is a luxury pen and a much more affordable price than most

Not the finest quality leather but did have a leather smell. Really hard to get the cap back on to line up the stitching but the pen works great.

Beautiful pen, nice weight without being uncomfortable. The leather wrap is very professional looking, pen makes a statement without drawing attention. Used Car Director and I love to pull this out when signing paperwork with a customer.

Love the look and feel of the leather wrap. The stitching lines up when seating the cap. The omniflex nib is wonderful. I'm pairing it with a shimmer and sheen ink from Diamine Inkvent called Winter spice. The brown base and blue sheen will complete this pen.

The pen will not break, but the broad nib doesn't write properly. I believe that the feed doesn't provide enough ink for it. I purchased a fine nib to use with it and it works much better. It is quite heavy with the cap on.
