Good Book
I love the way the log book is set-up as it works great for my workouts. Similar to the other comments the cover is bigger then the book so it's gets in the way. I folded it up and clipped it so it works for me now. The only other issue I had was it's a bit awkwards to have the book in the weight room with a lady in her bathing suite on it... my suggestion would be to have the book cover with something more hardcore.. just saying!

Great Product
I absolutely love this work out journal! Although I don't love the cover, I just keep it folded back and no one is the wiser. I love that there is room for 8 sets of an exercise and more than enough room for every exercise to be listed. It's easy and no fuss and the inserts for motivation are fantastic. I've tried almost every work out journal out there and find this to be the best one, BY FAR! It is easy to use, has plenty of space, and is a good enough size that it isn't too cumbersome to carry around but large enough to actually write in. I will definitely be buying another one when this one ends!

Great Journal, one problem
I love this journal. I take it to the gym with me everyday. I like that there are a lot of spaces to write my exercises and reps/weights. The only problem is that, due to the binding/spiral, the front page is way too big. I remedied this by folding the front cover back, but the manufacturing could be a little better. Other than that, great product for ladies who lift and need a bare bones journal.

Love love love
I love the color I love the photos for motivation as well as the quotes. The only thing missing from this is a food log area. It is imoprtant to me to log my daily intake of foods as well as space for a quick journal. Other than that this is a great product.

Exactly what I needed
This book a no frills record your daily workout gem.No wasted space on diet trackers, plenty of room for several exercises and reps. Motivational pages scattered throughout are a nice touch.

Great for tracking workouts
Great journal for working out. It has more room than the previous journal for more exercises and sets. Plus more pages to record your workouts on and less motivational pictures.

Didn't get the one in the picture
I wasn't sent the one in the picture (which was the one I thought I was getting),Instead it had a different cover.But regardless of cover, this item isn't very well made and the flimsy cover will soon become detached from the spiral spine.

A decent exercise journal
A decent exercise journal straight forward with motivating quotes. The only downside is it could have more space to log cardio sessions.

No Pain No Gain training journal
The training journal was a straight forward training journal but had lots of incentives! No chance of missing sessions with this book!
