I would give this kennel 5 stars but it had too many serious flaws that I had to fix myself so I give it 3 stars. First major problem: was the thin strands of metal that were sticking up from the wire on the inside and outside of this kennel. Picture a needle tip and that is what I had to deal with. I’m glad I put this together myself since I cut myself putting it together and it made me aware of this problem. I had to file down these strands to guarantee my little fur baby wouldn’t get wounded like I did. If you have this kennel carefully run your hands all over this kennel wires to make sure it doesnt injure your pet. Second major problem: my little guy had his paw stuck in the wire bottom and he yelped in pain when he had to yank it out. The bottom wire opening is spaced a little too far apart. I fixed this problem by placing an extra large cooling rack I had in my kitchen. It fit almost perfectly inside. I anchored the cooling rack over this wire bottom and made sure it didn’t slide around. Im so happy I had it since it gave the bottom the added support for his paws that he needed since the extra large cooling rack I used has smaller grid openings. I don’t use a cloth pad on the bottom of his kennel since he only uses it at night and that usually when he vomits (he has a sensitive stomach and no matter what I or the vets give him he still vomits) so having the grid openings at the bottom is good since it allows any and all liquid to flow out of the kennel. The large tray underneath is really sturdy and its big enough to catch a lot of liquid without it overflowing. it’s not flimsy so I can take it to the dog sink and clean it up. This kennel, even with all the flaws, was still a good purchase. I like the design and the color, it has wheels that makes it easy for me to push outside to hose it down if needed and it has saved my fur baby from having to sit in his vomit overnight. I would recommend you buy it but be aware of these major flaws and fix them before you use it for your pet.

I got 2 of them and absolutely love them. I was a little skeptical about purchasing because of the reviews that I read, but kept looking for some exactly the same style as these and couldn't find any, so I took a chance with these and I'm glad that I did. I have 2 dogs; an 8 pound female Maltese and 14 pound male Shih Tzu. I got the hot pink for my baby girl and the turquoise blue for my baby boy and they both love them!!Paint job could've been better as I do have chips and peeled paint on some parts, but not bothersome and for the most part I'm satisfied.

I was excited about this cute cage for my new pups but unfortunately it didn’t hold up to my expectations. I had a bad feeling as soon as I opened the Amazon box. The retailers box was in bad shape with holes and pieces of the cage poking through.The cage looks like it took a beating with scuff marks, badly chipped areas and broken metal pieces that were very sharp and dangerous for a puppy. I actually got stabbed by the broken grate trying to assemble it! Also, the paint job was subpar, splotchy and different paint colors in patches. No assembly instructions came in the box.

This cage was nice in the picture, what I received was a cage made and spray painted in someone's garage. The paint job is terrible and the plastic pan has over spray. Disappointed in their quality of work. This is a zero.

I have a puppy chihuahua and was looking for a dog crate with a grid and tray bottom. This crate has both, however, the grid is spaces to far apart and my puppy's feet are getting stuck in between the spaces. They should make the grid with small holes or small squares to prevent the dogs feet from falling through
