SUYMIS Old Dominion Burnt Sugar Pecans, 9oz Canister.

I bought these for my mom and she loved them.

At first and second bite, I found these to be quite good, but I soon realized that they are much, much too sweet for my personal tastes.

These nuts are super delicious!!

I. Love. These.Can't stop eating them, even though I know I should. Very simple ingredients: pecans, sugar, butter, salt, and magic! They're like pralines, but the glaze is more like a toffee. And the "burnt sugar", while it does lend a slight burned taste, it's not acrid, and it's not over-powering. Like a nice bittersweet chocolate. I was honestly surprised when I first tried them (I thought the "burnt sugar" would put me off), but now I find myself craving them. If you love pralines and poppycock, you should love these, too!But the price here is outrageous. I get mine at my local Wal-mart for about half the price. Lucky me, I suppose, though even that is a bit of a stretch for a cheapskate like me. I wish I wasn't so horrendous with candy-making, or I'd buy my own pair of pecan trees so I could replicate the recipe on the cheap!

These pecans are delicious, yet I buy these at walmart, the same size for $6.99 a can. I do warn you though, you should as many as you can as they sell out fast. Just fyi!

Awesome. The burnt sugar gives a simple sweet char flavor that pairs magnificently with the pecans. I am glad that my wife did not like these so I did not have to share them, but now I am out and need more.
