Grips hard ground with ease—durable steel pegs that stay put through wind, rain, and rough terrain.
If you’re pitching on hard ground—gravel, compacted soil, or rocky terrain—these pegs are built for it. I grabbed a set for awning use and they’ve held firm through wind, rain, and uneven surfaces. ✅ What Works: Material: Galvanized steel with zinc coating—rust-resistant and tough enough for repeated hammering. Design: 20cm long with hooked tops that grip guy ropes securely. No bending or slipping. Visibility: Bright finish helps reduce trip hazards around camp. Storage: Comes in a compact carry case—easy to keep organised in the van or gear box. Use Case: Ideal for tents, gazebos, awnings, and tarps. Great for UK campsites with stubborn ground. ⚠️ Heads-Up: Manual effort: You’ll need a decent mallet—these aren’t soft-ground pegs. Weight: Heavier than aluminium ones, but that’s the trade-off for durability. 💬 Final Word For around £12.95–£19.99, they’re a solid investment if you want reliable anchoring in tough conditions. Whether you’re setting up for a weekend camp or securing gear on-site, these pegs won’t let you down.

Solid heavy duty pegs
Great tent pegs, kept the living space tent in place over a very blustery weekend. Strong and sturdy it was good to have condolence that they would do the job. The carry case is a bonus.

Stood up to some strong winds and highly visible, even at night!
These pegs were great during our recent camping trip. Functionality: They were easy to hammer in, and not a single peg budged in the strong winds we had. The shape of the heads made it very easy to hook and sexure guy ropes. I would have given 5 stars but one or two of the orange heads slid down the peg when pressing or hammering them in. I think they will probably pop back up again with a little manipulation but it was a bit annoying when you were halfway through hammering them in. They still worked, but I can't imagine this is supposed to happen. Easy to remove afterwards and the storage box is a nice touch and easily stackable. Glow: While I wasn't really that bothered about the orange colour when I bought them, I have to say they were very easy to spot and avoid when moving around the tent - even at night. Much more visible than the other pegs we used.

Great price for quality product
Great Buy one of the cheapest I could find for a quality product. Easier to use than the screw type in hard standing pitches and simple for grass pitches. A great size to use especially on extraction as these are quick to remove. Stand out on an evening due to the colour so safety is taken care of .

Tough and heavy duty
These arrived well packaged in their own storage box. They are clearly much more heavy duty than the usual tent pegs, they are thicker and more substantial. These did the job well, did not bend or struggle to hammer into rocky ground. Did what they were supposed to, very pleased .

High quality
Very sturdy looking tent pegs, the whole kit seems great value for money, especially the bright yellow bag, to save the embarrassment of trying to find the standard green bag what tent pegs normally come in.
