It provides a simple and clear explanation iof what the Ketogenic diet is, its benefits.I recommend this book to others if you really searching me to book then it is best for you.

The grammar and incomplete sentences are a distraction. I've no idea what is or isn't credible in this book. With so many books available on Keto, I managed to choose a real stinker. Now I need to try and get my money back.
