I am very pleased with my purchase. The weighted pad is very soft and hears up quickly to a very warm and comfortable temperature. The only issue is it gets real warm at first then after a few minutes is noticeablely a little cooler so I find myself repeatedly turning it on and off to get to the warmest temperature.

I absolutely love this heating pad. Nice and soft and has weight to it. It is not as big as i thought, but its big enough. Heats up good. Auto shut off. Most importantly it powers right back up after auto shut off. Most heating pads now once it powers off you are unable to power it back up right away until after the 2hrs which is a pain. This heating does NOT do that. I loveeeee it. This is the heating pad for you.

So soft and velvety. The weight is nice and the glass beads inside are sown off in different sections so they don't all fall to one side. My only complaint is that it doesn't get hot enough for my taste. The last comfytemp I bought had 9 heat settings and this one only has 3.

I loved the weighed option. Heated up fast. Was very happy until just a few days outside of the return policy it quit working. Although it was disappointing customer service reached out quickly. It was a matter of resetting. I unplugged and replugged from the unit and it’s working great and I use it nearly every day. Great customer service.

The quality is great! I've used it a few times so far and it works great. I do wish it was a little warmer though, but I think because of the thick weighted material you can feel all the heat.

Nice size, nice feel, nice weight. Our old heating pad finally gave out and a friend recommended this one as a replacement. We’ve been using it daily for a month and are very satisfied.

The look and feel of this pad is great. However, it does not get very warm. May be good for children or someone that cannot handle much heat.

I have to start off by saying that this heating pack smells absolutely delicious like lavender and eucalyptus. It warms up fast I find a low and a medium to be the best hot would be way too hot. It is incredibly soft and luxurious. It’s the perfect weight I absolutely love it!However, I am not impressed at all that I got somebody else’s return. I opened it and it had already been used and it’s a little dirty but I like it so much that I am going to clean it and keep it.I am going to assume that it was most likely returned because of the aromatherapy. It is pretty strong but as a retired massage therapist, I can never have too much lavender and eucalyptus. 😁👍

The pad worked quite well for the short time it was operational. It lasted just a couple of months now won’t turn on. I was hoping for a little more reliability for the price.

I love the weight of this heating pad and is large enough to reach around to both my arms and large enough for the length of my back ❤️
