Great filter
The the Woder system is great.The filters work great, and make the water taste better.It is easy to assemble/install.The customer service is very prompt and helpful.I highly recommend this.

Great alternative to buying tons of plastic bottles and other purifiers
We purchased our first Woder water system 4 years ago or so. We were tired of buying packs of filters every 3 months and spending a lot of money on them. And then the faucet attachments got cheaper and cheaper and broke all the time. So we tried Woder and was very happy with our results. It was super easy to install and we got 4 years of use out of our first filter. It was time to buy a new replacement cartridge just last month. However we had an issue with the new cartridge not fitting the bracket from our original system. We got in touch with Woder and they responded immediately and figured out what the problem was and sent us the new connector right away. It's up and running now and have had no issues at all. Thanks very much to Woder and their quick response!

Helped me upgrade my system
The Woder team helped me upgrade my system after i realized i had an old head unit that didn't work with the new design filters. The woder team made sure i had the correct parts and shipped me a new headunit for free. they got everything sorted out in less than a week! excellent customer service. The water also tastes great!

Incredible Customer Service
I ordered this product but when I installed it, it did not fit properly. Probably my fault as the description did mention this that my old filter needed a different mounting head. So I contacted Woder by email and they responded within 24 hours. They concurred I needed a new mounting head and asked for a picture to make sure. As soon as they got my foto they said no problem, and said they would send out the proper mounting head ASAP. No charge for this. The rep whom I worked with was professional and friendly. I was impressed and thankful for the great service.
