Southwest Disk 22" Discada - Santa Fe Handle Design

I got this with the Eastman Kahuna burner and a dome lid. Perfect set up! I cooked up a pound of chopped up bacon then cooked a cup of rice with water and the fat to season it. (the chickens got that meal) Then cooked dinner (stir fry) in it that night. Simple. Simple. Absolutely awesome heat control, just the right amount of heat retention and distribution. Super easy to clean up. Storage is the only draw back. It's pretty big. If you like restaurant quality food and don't like waking up to the smell of last nights onions then this is a fun and affordable way to cook.

I have seen a number of YouTube videos on Cooking on the plow disk. I love it! it is the best of two worlds, flat top cooking and wok cooking. this one is so very well made.

Bigger than a tembo tusk skottle and less expensive too. If you go camping you absolutely need one of these.

Product is fantastic however, make sure you oil it or it will rust up within a couple days after use. YouTube videos since it comes with no instructions.

I had to return this because it didn't fit in my set-up, but the "wok" is super heavy duty and is very well built. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you take into account the handles. The handles are also very good quality and feels solid.

Wow, high quality item. It is super rugged and strong. It is very heavy and you will need a place to store it but well worth the price. We will have this item forever without a doubt.
