My husband purchased this on his Amazon account and when we unboxed we found holes, ripped stitching, the sunroof screen loose and broken at the seams, black marks and missing pieces to the cover. The mattress...awful. we spent so much researching the best tent for our jeep and this is what we picked. The reviews we found online weren't 100% accurate. Especially about the mattress. I'm so sad. I wanted this so much for Memorial Weekend fun but we were worried about water getting into the seams and holes and or making it worse. This is mounted on our jeep and not going to be fun trying to remove it.

I bought their tent and paid a lot of money !! Received it and water is leaking Have a communication with them and result is that they are going to send me 20$ kit to repair it :))) Its the worst experience for me. They can't see something in their warranty claim and for this reject warranty for me ! They are as bad as their tents!
