There are no instructions in the box. The plastic feels flimsy; from diagram in sale advert, it is almost impossible to grasp the disc and turn a quarter turn; it does not grip the under-carpet, and therefore the top carpet still moves.Unfortunately, as I've tried to use two, therefore unable to return, I would have returned as 'NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE'

useless also. I have no idea how these things ...
Trying to get my rug on top of my carpet to stay in one place - impossible. You are supposed to anchor the product by turning it clockwise into the carpet ....could never get it to stay ...and the adhesive that stick s to underside of the rug ...useless also.I have no idea how these things are supposed to work
