I recently picked up the Modelones Christmas Gel Nail Polish Set, and I have to say, I’m really impressed! The set comes with six beautiful colors that are perfect for the holiday season. I love the variety—from classic reds and green to some sparkly options that really add a festive touch. Application was smooth and easy; the gel goes on evenly without being too thick or gloopy. I also appreciate that it didn't take too long to cure under my UV lamp. Each color is quite pigmented, so I only needed two coats for a vibrant look. What I really enjoyed was how long the polish lasted. I usually have issues with chips, but I managed to keep my nails looking fresh for over a week without any major signs of wear. Plus, when I was ready to remove it, it came off easily, which is always a bonus. I really like this gel nail polish set. The glitter colors are vibrant and look beautiful once cured. The polish applies smoothly and gives a nice, even finish with a couple of coats. It lasts well without chipping when applied properly and cured under a UV/LED lamp. The variety of colors makes it a great value, especially for at-home gel manicures. Overall, very happy with this set.

Great quality and beautiful color. The photo is after 2 weeks of wear and it’s still nearly perfect with minor chipping. It’s strong yet flexible enough to move with your nail without lifting off at the edges like a lot of gel polishes do. My go-to affordable brand.

I purchased the Ruby Sparks collection. Pros: The brush tip is rounded and makes application easy (it’s really hard to find brushes that are round). Most of the colors go on smooth and only need 1–2 coats. Wear time is great- lasted me weeks without chipping or peeling Cons: 2 of the shades are really thin. I experimented and it took 6 coats to be fully pigmented and not see through. For the price and overall quality, I’d definitely buy this set again. Just be aware that a couple shades are more jelly-like in consistency.

This review only reflects Midnight Hues. Pros: 1. The 3 polishes that are magnetic are gorgeous and strong. 2. The 3 that are not magnetic are still uniquely beautiful. 3. I have tried several sets of magnetic polishes. In almost all sets half don’t work at all with a magnet so this is equal in that way compared to others. 4. This set is half the price of other magnetic sets. Yet, it performs better than most. 5. The polish is about the thickest I have ever tried. This makes a nice, thick coat that is solid (I did use it over glitter dark gray/black polish but still). 6. I cured it for a minute. Then I put on a top coat and cured for 2 minutes. It dried solid, smooth, and shiny. 7. The magnet that comes with it works well. 8. All 6 colors look great together 9. Giftable packaging. Arrived clean and Beautiful. 10. The 7ml containers are small. But most bottles in sets are now just 5ml so this is a deal! 11. You never have to put on a second coat to get a Great Look because the polish is so thick! Cons 1. Only 3 of the polishes are magnetic even though it says in the description that you will receive 6 magnetic/cat eye polishes. 2. Since the polish is so thick, you will use more polish at one time so that they won’t last as long as if they were thinner. So, really the pros outweigh the cons completely. But since it says that there would be 6 magnetic polishes and there are just 3, these didn’t meet my expectations. So, I have to rate them a 3 even though I like the set overall.

I liked the formula of this nail polish — it applies smoothly, dries quickly, and the staying power is impressive. It lasted more than two weeks without chipping. However, I’m disappointed with the colours. It’s not the same as shown in the images, which was misleading. Other than the colour mismatch, it’s a good product.
