No leaks!
Often garden water irrigation systems leak. This connector works well and is leak free, providing the hose is carefully attached. When detaching a connector, to say move the hoses around, they detach easily, without the usual 'tug of war'. Sometimes it is worth paying a little more for quality!

Hosepipe connector
Work well. Have bought cheaper in bargainstores but these are more durable and keep on under high pressure.

Pricey, but worth it. Much easier to handle than the Hozelock equivalent.

Fits Gardena 30 Yr hose
I have several brass fittings which I like, but they would not fit the heavier 30yr hose from Gardena. I ordered this to fit the heavier hose and it fitted perfectly, although expensive compared to other brands I hope it will last longer, and it guaranteed non drip.

As a quick and inexpensive fix it worked OK but being a non specific hose kit it eventually allowed water to leak from fitting
