Performance is good, many times reading speed will be 120-150 Mb/s,Writing speed is normal - 30-25 Mb/sYour device memory(Hdd) should be able to copy and transfer files to the speed this pendrive can perform and as well Bandwidth support by Motherboard,At the very first plugin -- I felt the heating issue of this pendrive,Then after this, only during read/write operation time, its temperature will be felt high, So leave it for sometime to cool down, its High temperature will calm down,Pen drive Data-sheet is saying its Higher temperature is 45°C-75°C,So Sandisk manufacturer is aware of its High temperature - So, May be, its Operating current is higherI feel plastic body housing could have been made from little more Hard Plastic

It's Transfer speed is about 20-30 Mbps but in some scenarios I got upto 50-60 Mbps speed .
It's actually a good value for the price.I bought it for ₹479 and it's fast and compact but I doubt if it breaks as it's plastic but there is an advantage of being not made of metal it doesn't get too hot and I believe my data will not be lost suddenly as the same happened in my last three pendrives.SO it's recommended as it is even USB GEN 3.2 .
