The Jockey And Horse, A Team Of Speed, Trot To The Starting Line To Prepare For The Race. The Horse Walks By Elegantly With His Left Foreleg Raised While The Jockey Seems To Be Captured In A Moment Of Reflection Perhaps Reviewing The Race With A Certain Excited Anxiousness. The 100% Handmade Bronze Sculpture Was Molded Using The Age-Old Method Of Lost Wax Casting And Stained With A Brown Patina Finish For Preservation. It Is Mounted Upon A Black Marble Base With The Artist Milo'S Signature. The Artist Milo Lived Most Of His Childhood In Andalusia, Spain. Influenced By An Artistic Family Background, He Began Sculpting At The Age Of Seventeen. After Apprenticing With Several Accomplished Sculptors Both In America And Spain, He Began His Own Work Focusing Equally On Steel And Bronze.
