I’m not sure that I even spent 15 minutes installing this thing, fast and easy to install/ program.

Good product, but not only are the instructions junk, their install video is completely wrong for the CT200h. I did find a better video in which the install is clean. Don’t remove the kick panel at all, just go to YouTube and look for CT200h Start-X. The video is 18:36 in length. Apparently I am not allowed to post it here.

This remote starter was initially purchased as a treat for myself as a little creature comfort, but with many days well below freezing it is borderline a necessity. It installed in my 2012 Lexus CT200h in just a few minutes. From start to finish it took about 15 minutes to install to functionality and a few more minutes to find a place to stuff the controller so that it did not interfere with the parking brake (which I use every time I park), steering controls, and other wiring in the dash. One of the wiring harnesses you "tap into" is the OBD2 port. I tested that my bluetooth code reader still worked after installation and it worked as normal. It is annoying that the vehicle shuts off when you open any passenger door, but this is a safety and anti-theft feature, so there's nothing to do but accept it. I have found that the vehicle keeps running if you open the hatch, which is quite nice to be able to load my warmed up vehicle in the morning before work without shutting the engine off.

Worked perfectly for my 2016 Lexus CT200h. Works great. Everything plugs in. I watched the hybrid guy on youtube about this car followed exactly what he did. got the rf extender as well fortin rm411.

Not super helpful support staff. They started with a copy/paste auto reply after I provided them the information required for initial contact. Went round and round with them trying to get this stupid thing to work in any way. Nothing worked, nothing helped…so broken clips and busted knuckles later I tell them I want my money back and they ended up saying they were done working with me anyways. Whatever yall. Don’t buy these. Don’t support the company. At least the one for my car is 100% NOT PLUG AND PLAY. Was deeper in my car dash than I ever wanted to be, just to be let down again by some bogus internet company that doesn’t answer their phone. Remote start function never actually worked, so is it a legit product or some facade for data stealing and info tracking? Who knows? Either way, I’m over it. Not good value for money because it doesn’t work. Clearly didn’t fit the car because IT DOESN’T WORK.

I waited a while to install this, I mostly wanted it to heat up my car in the winter season since my wife and I just had a baby. Easy to install, I searched up a yt video for it. only issue which is on my part, I didn’t zip tie the cords so one is close to my parking brake and doesn’t let it sit flush. When I turn off my emergency parking brake it hits the cord and I have to push up on my brake for it turn off. Worth it.

I never gave it a thought and never asked the question when I purchased is it compatible with right hand drve? well only if you extend the harness to reach the obd socket unlike steering wheel on the left all the connections are there after doing this mod it now works great, not a big deal if your handy with a solder iron.

Kit is plug and play, quick install, program a bit tricky but YouTube is friend.

Easy plug and play option for remote starter. Only problem is it doesnt stay on long enough and the car turns off when you open the door!!! So annoying!!
