Great product. They do take a while to heat up so opened one night before, then one next morning and then one on day of travel. Snakes arrived warm and happy after 15hrs.

I used it only for 3 hours today and it’s still warm 12 hours later. My tortoise was very comfy and warm !I definetly recommend it & will be purchasing more for my travels !
