I’m a coffee drinker so that’s where most of my staining comes from. I like the idea of this product compared to the whitening strips because a gel is more likely going to fill itself into the teeth compared to a strip which will only touch certain areas of the tooth. It’s a bit of trial and error to figure out how much gel to use though as there’s no real indication on the syringe. It is easy to dispense onto the mouth guard though but it’s not a comfortable thing to have in your mouth as you really need to clamp down on it to hold it in place. I did experience some sensitivity though and because I can’t give up my coffee craving didn’t notice as big a difference as I’d have hoped. I think you’re only really going to get a worthwhile result if you give up the cause of the staining (whether it’s coffee or red wine etc). I’m not sure I’d purchase this in the future but I do like the advantage it has over strips.

The product was recommended to me at work but I didn't have bad bad teeth to start with, so was sceptical if it would lift anything. As I was using the product in my MOUTH / TEETH you bet I still did my research and settled with this one by far, the more coloured the teeth are the better the results you see, and the whiter the teeth are already the limited results you will see. Instructions on the box are clear so don't do what I did, fit the tray to the light first then add the teeth whitening gel but don't over fill it, the amount you use is in the easy to follow instrcutions. Nice and simple to use.

Unfortunately I can’t review the whitening aspect of this product as I found it unbearable to use. It was easy to assemble, no strange taste, certainly no pain. However despite the fact that I’m used to wearing a gym shield playing hockey, I just could not bear the whitening tray in my mouth for anywhere near the 30 minutes required. I found it uncomfortable, making me gag and dribble a lot.

I think these things always look better in the photos or on the telly or whatever. The reality is usually a little disappointing.But it did clean and brighten my teeth a little, and it was easy to use. I'll probably save my last few treaments and use it when i'm going out or something special.

I do really like this teeth whitening kit but the mouth guard is a little uncomfortable. It doesn't sit that nicely in my mouth. I sometimes find I can slightly taste the solution. Saying that I have definitely never swallowed any and the whitening results are really nice.

Quite simply, it did not work on my teeth.Full of hope, I took a "before" photo and then got to work. This is not an insignificant time commitment. Half an hour every day for 7 consecutive days, and you shouldn't drink or water for half an hour after, so you have to time it so that you don't need to go straight to bed after and wake up halfway through the night with your mouth feeling like a desert.The instructions and the equipment are simple and easy to use. The instructions are located on the box itself rather than in a leaflet though so you can't throw it away immediately. Also, the instructions were weirdly scattered around different parts of the box - why not put it all in one place on the back, rather than the edges?The light device is easy to hold in place over the 30 minutes. I experienced minimum gel "leakage" into my mouth and it was easily washed out afterwards. My teeth didn't experience any heightened sensitivity following use of the equipment.But, as already stated, after 7 days, I didn't see any difference in the whiteness of my teeth whatsoever - both looking in the mirror, and comparing my before/after images. Maybe I simply have the wrong teeth/saliva for it (I've been told my teeth stain more than some people's because of my saliva, great), but if it's that case, then buying this product is still a roulette. I've given 2 stars rather than 1 only because the product was easy to use.
