Bought this, I am a small women and this fits great, it is comfortable to wear also which the other one I had was really bulky and hard to exercise in. Also at the back there is a mesh pouch which I put another 2 lb sand bag in for extra weight making 14lb . Fantastic purchase.

stitching comes undone.
I have been out of the country for a while and will be returning my vest. Within 2 -3 weeks of using this vest, the stitching has started to come undone. I accept that this could just be a defect...
