Nice alternative to Dove Farm white spelt
I usually buy Doves Farm flour but bought this instead as Dove seem to have ramped up their price 150% (at time of writing). I was very pleased to find it produced a better tasting loaf in my panasonic bread maker than Dove farm white spelt flour. Just wish it came in a 5-pack at a better price point.

This is listed as white flour but is wholegrain
I ordered this for baking ‘white spelt’ but it arrived as stoneground wholegrain only good for bread, useless I’m not happy got a refund but what a waste.I don’t bake bread as too physically challenging.Come on get your listings right please.

The flour itself is excellent - I ususally buy direct from Sharpham Park. But having been told the delivery date by the Amazon seller, goods have failed to arrive. Refund offered by Amazon.So product really good, service by this seller poor.

Love it.
This is a very good quality spelt flour. I have tried many and this is by far the best. I use this in all my cooking to replace normal plain flour as I am allergic to wheat but can have spelt. It makes the best Yorkshire puddings and pastry. More expensive that others but worth it.
